Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course or webinar
  • Payment Processing Error: If there was a technical error during payment processing
  • No Course Access: If you did not receive access to the purchased course or webinar within 24 hours of purchase
  • Course Cancellation: If Decode Academy cancels or postpones a scheduled webinar or course

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please provide the following information:

  • Course or webinar name and purchase date
  • Payment proof (transaction ID or receipt)
  • Detailed reason for the refund request

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Technical Issues on Your End: Problems with your device, internet connection, or software
